Conner Chambers founded TruCore Heating & Air with one mission: to build the most trusted HVAC company in the community. Excellence isn’t optional, integrity isn’t negotiable, and every home is treated like family.
Conner Chambers built his HVAC career the way few do, from the ground up and at full speed. As a senior in high school, Conner began selling HVAC systems inside major home improvement stores. What started as an opportunity quickly became proof of his work ethic, talent, and genuine passion for HVAC. By graduation, he had become the company’s highest-producing sales lead generator.
After high school, he moved into dispatch, but he didn’t stay idle. During downtime, Conner personally followed up on cold leads, converting them into loyal customers through exceptional service, clear communication, and an impressive depth of HVAC knowledge. It wasn’t long before he earned a full-time role as a Comfort Advisor, where he quickly rose to become the top producer in the company.
Despite his young age, customers quickly realized Conner was the real deal. His technical understanding, honesty, and straightforward approach earned trust immediately. Homeowners didn’t just feel sold to, they felt educated, respected, and taken care of.
Conner knew that true HVAC leadership is built in the field and not just in consultation. Committed to mastering installation at the highest level, he became a licensed HVAC installer and earned his EPA refrigerant certification.He refined his craft in advanced metal fabrication, duct design and advanced system installation, earning a reputation from both customers and peers as the preferred installer.
