Why should I tune up both systems at once?

It saves time and money. One visit covers both systems, and catching issues on both before peak season means you're not scrambling in January or July. Skipping maintenance is one of the most common reasons systems fail early.

My system's running fine, why should I schedule a tune-up?

Because "running fine" and "running well" aren't the same thing. Most HVAC problems don't announce themselves until something breaks, usually on the hottest day in July or the coldest night in January. A tune-up catches the small stuff before it becomes an expensive emergency. It also keeps your system running efficiently, which means lower energy bills every month. Think of it like an oil change. Your car drives fine without it, until it doesn't.

How long does it take?

A combo tune-up is approximately 2-3 hours. Plan for it, but we won't drag it out.

What's included?

A complete inspection of your furnace and A/C — heat exchanger, burners, igniter, flame sensor, flue, coils, refrigerant, electrical connections, blower, and safety controls on both systems. We clean the furnace burners & flame sensor, A/C Condenser coils, drain lines, and evaporator coil check, test everything, and tell you exactly what we found.

Is a filter included?

No. Filters are available at an additional cost. If you need one, we'll let you know and won't surprise you with the charge.

What if something's wrong with my furnace?

We'll tell you what we found, what it means, and what it costs to fix. No pressure. You decide.
