What does a diagnostic visit cost?
$149. That fee is waived if you approve a repair or replacement. If you're getting a second opinion, it's free — just show us a paid diagnostic from another licensed, bonded HVAC contractor.
How long does it take?
Usually 1 hour, depending on the system and what we find.
What if I just want a second opinion?
That's free. If another company told you something is wrong and you want a straight answer from someone else, we'll come out and tell you what we actually find. No charge.
What do I get at the end of the visit?
A written record of what we found, what it means, and what it costs to fix. You decide what happens next. No pressure.
Will you try to sell me something?
No. We'll tell you what's wrong and give you a quote. If you want to move forward, great. If not, that's fine too. We're not commissioned and we don't upsell.
What if my system needs to be replaced?
We'll tell you that honestly, including why. We'll also give you a quote for a new system. But if a repair makes more sense, we'll say that too. You decide.
