Common questions.
What does a furnace tune-up cost?
$189. Full inspection, cleaning, and safety check. No hidden fees.
Why should I have a furnace tune-up every year?
Skipping maintenance is one of the most common reasons systems fail early. A well-maintained system runs more efficiently, experiences less wear, and lasts significantly longer than one that only gets looked at when something breaks. Regular tune-ups are the single best thing you can do to protect your investment. With gas furnaces, it goes beyond performance — it's a safety issue. Any time you're burning fuel inside a home, we need to confirm the system is combusting properly and that there's no carbon monoxide making its way into your living space. That alone makes it worth doing annually.
How long does it take?
A furnace tune-up takes about 1 hour, but may take up to 90 minutes. We don't just walk around with a clipboard, we do an actual cleaning of your system and inspect the components that determine whether your equipment holds up on the hottest and coldest days of the year.
What's included?
A complete inspection of your heat exchanger, burners, igniter, flame sensor, flue, electrical connections, blower, and safety controls. We'll clean burners, flame sensor, and drain lines (if applicable), test everything, and tell you exactly what we found.
Is a filter included?
No. Filters are available at an additional cost. If you need one, we'll let you know and won't surprise you with the charge.
What if something's wrong with my furnace?
We'll tell you what we found, what it means, and what it costs to fix. No pressure. You decide.
